We just don’t devote enough of our week to stretching and de-stressing. Most of you will do 5 minutes at the end of a class or session and it just isn’t enough as we age.
Stretching dramatically reduces the risk of injury whilst participating in other sports and activities.
These classes are designed to stretch and release those commonly tight areas of your body using a combination of foam rollers, Yamuna balls, bands, spiky balls and static stretching positions. The goal is to stretch your entire body within the hour. We focus on the use of breath to help your mind and body relax into the stretching.
We focus not only on your muscles but your tendons, ligaments and fascia.
